Rytec Electric is seeking a Residential Electrical Field Coordinator & Working Quality Lead to oversee rough wire crews, municipal inspections, and quality assurance across residential new construction communities. This role manages daily crew performance, handles municipal electrical sign-offs, performs punch-list audits, and conducts light repairs to keep projects on schedule. Candidates must have 2–3+ years of residential electrical experience, a deep understanding of NEC standards, strong field leadership abilities, and a valid driver’s license. An active Journeyman license or municipal inspection experience is preferred.

This role is responsible for troubleshooting complex circuits, installing EV chargers/generators, performing main panel changes, and delivering top-tier customer service in clients’ homes. Candidates must have 3+ years of residential service experience, strong NEC code knowledge, excellent client communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with an insurable record. An active Journeyman license or specialized generator/EV charger installation experience is preferred.

New Construction Residential Electrician

Rytec Electric is hiring a New Construction Residential Electrician (Rough-In & Trim Specialist) to install electrical systems across residential subdivisions in the Wilmington area. This role handles rough-in wiring (NM-B Romex routing, box placement, panel installs) and trim-out phases (switches, fixtures, circuit testing) to keep builds moving efficiently. Candidates should have proven residential electrical wiring experience (or formal trade schooling), functional NEC code knowledge, blueprint reading skills, and reliable transportation. Compensation operates on an uncapped piece-rate / production pay structure with base wage protections. Active licenses or OSHA 10 certifications are preferred.
