Commercial Electrical Foreman

Rytec Electric is hiring a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial job sites across the Columbia and Lexington area. This role manages day-to-day site operations, materials, and compliance while also mentoring apprentices and journeymen. Candidates should have 5+ years of commercial electrical experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role overseeing projects in the $100K–$1.5M range. A valid driver’s license is required; electrical licensure and OSHA certification are preferred.

Residential Service Electrician
Lexington, SC | Full-Time
Rytec Electric is looking for an experienced Residential Service Electrician comfortable working independently in customers’ homes. The role covers installation, repair, and troubleshooting of residential electrical systems in line with NEC Code standards. Minimum 3 years of residential electrical experience required, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug screening. Strong customer-facing skills matter here — you’ll be working directly in people’s homes.

New Construction Assistant Coordinator (Office Position)

Rytec Electric is hiring an office-based Assistant Coordinator to support the New Construction division. Day-to-day work includes scheduling, permit and inspection coordination, builder portal management, and communication between field teams and subcontractors. No electrical background required, but experience in construction administration or a similar coordination role is a plus. Strong organizational skills and comfort with basic computer applications are expected.
